By registering for Open UP Summit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions included below. For questions please contact us directly at [email protected]
CODE OF CONDUCT
We have a strict Code of Conduct at all of our events. All attendees are expected to behave accordingly. Anyone violating the Code of Conduct will be addressed immediately. Read the complete Code of Conduct here.
Cancellations for conference attendee ticket holders will only be accepted in writing via email or letter. This correspondence must be received by Wednesday, October 30, 2019, for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. The reason for this is that items such as food and beverage must be ordered well in advance of the conference, and the ability to cancel is limited once orders are placed.
Cancellation for sponsors/exhibitors will only be accepted in writing via email or letter. This correspondence must be received by Wednesday, October 30, 2019, to be eligible for a partial refund (to be determined by Open UP Summit management). No refunds will be given for cancellations of a sponsor/exhibitor after this date.
TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATION
If you cannot attend the conference but wish to give your ticket to someone else, you must do so before October 30, 2019. Please contact us and let us know your plans.
Before any tickets are issued to you, full payment must be transacted.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND QUOTED TEXT
Your registration serves as your permission for us to use you in any event photography or video during the event for future promotional or educational ventures related to the conference. We’ll also want to use any tweets or quotes you make publicly. We’ll fully credit you if we do.
It is our goal to make this conference accessible to all attendees. Should you have any special needs, please contact us prior to the conference so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.
EVENT SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Open UP Summit reserves the right to relocate or reschedule the event due to extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate by the management of Open UP Summit. If the event is rescheduled and this date conflicts with a sponsor’s / exhibitor’s schedule, such sponsor/exhibitor may elect to seek credit of equal or lesser value to be used at a future Open UP Summit event. Such credit shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of the originally scheduled Open UP Summit event date.
